BRETT R. MILLER, PS - PRESIDENT

Brett earned a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University at Fort Wayne in Civil Engineering Technology. He has been in the surveying industry since 1993 and became Professionally Licensed in Indiana in 2003. His experience includes construction staking, topographical and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivision design, land planning, and all aspects of land surveying. Brett also oversees day to day operations and quality control.  He is a member of the Northeast Chapter of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors.

Brett has been married since 1996 to his wife Kelly, and they have three children—Tucker, Jordan, and Abby. He is a member of Cornerstone Community Church, where he and his family attend. In his free time, Brett enjoys watching his children’s events, spending time with his family, and occasionally golf. 

John P. Hammond II - Office Manager/Survey Crew Chief/Accounting

John earned a Bachelor's degree from Manchester College in Accounting and is responsible for the company's bookwork as well as being a survey crew chief. He has been in the surveying business since 2006 and his experience includes construction staking, topographical and boundary survey, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, and use of GPS and Robotic Technologies.

John has been married to his wife Stephanie since 1997, and has 5 children. He is a member of St. Mary’s of the Assumption Catholic Church in Decatur, where he and his family attend. He is also a football coach at Adams Central High school and enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kid’s events in his free time.  

Jordan miller - survey technician

Jordan graduated from Adams Central High School in 2018 and has worked at Miller Land Surveying since 2016, starting as summer help. He has worked as a field assistant in the summers getting experience using GPS and Robotic Technologies with construction staking, topographical and boundary surveys. Since starting full time in February 2019 he is drawing all types of surveys using Autocad. Jordan is taking online land surveying classes at Vincennes University.

Jordan is the 2nd son of the President of Miller Land Surveying, Brett Miller. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, and working outside with his hands in his spare time.

ben johnson - survey technician

Ben earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue Fort Wayne in 2019. He has been working at Miller Land Surveying since 2016 and plans to receive his Professional Engineers license.

Ben enjoys being an active member of Cornerstone Community Church, where he attends with his family and is involved with the worship band on Sunday mornings. In his free time he enjoys working on many projects.

Kati MYERS - Administrative Assistant

Kati has been with Miller Land Surveying since 2016, where she operates as the front office Administrative Assistant. She is in charge of most general office duties including greeting guests, answering phone calls, time sheet tracking, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and filing paperwork. Kati also runs errands for the office including delivery/retrieving files and property research.

Robert J. Marucci, PS - Senior Survey Crew Chief

Rob earned a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University at Fort Wayne in Civil Engineering Technology. Rob has been in the surveying business since 1995 and his experience includes construction staking, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topographical and boundary surveys and use of GPS and Robotic technologies. He received his Professional Land Surveying License in 2004. He is a member of the Northeast Chapter of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors.

Rob has one daughter, Morgan. He and Morgan take taekwondo classes and just recently earned their Decided Brown belt. They also enjoy time at the lake with family and friends. In his free time, Rob enjoys running and competing in obstacle course races. 

jOSH KENNEDY - FIELD CREW CHIEF

Josh has been surveying since 1999 and worked with Brett previously for 6 years at Karst Surveying. Josh has been married since 2002 to Rochelle and together they have 3 children Madison, Porter & Sander. Josh enjoys hunting & fishing as well as his children’s activities.

Tyler Roach - SURVEY CREW CHIEF

Tyler graduated from Adams Central High school in 2008, and has worked at Miller Land Surveying since 2005, beginning as summer help. He has since worked his way up the ladder attaining the role of Survey Crew Chief. He has experience using GPS and Robotic Technologies, and also performing topographical and boundary surveys, construction staking, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. 

Tyler has been married since 2010 and has 3 kids. He greatly enjoys spending time with his family and doing activities with them. Tyler also coaches football at Adams Central High School.
